Deleting your data

Last updated 1 October 2026

You can delete your TEST account and the personal data in it at any time, and nobody has to approve it. There are two ways.

1. Customers: in the app — the fastest way

  1. Open the app and go to Account.
  2. Tap Delete account at the bottom.
  3. Tell us why you are leaving (one tap — it is the only way we learn what to fix).
  4. Tap Email me a code. We send a six-digit code to the address on your account.
  5. Enter the code and confirm.

The code exists so that a mis-tap — or somebody holding your unlocked phone — cannot destroy your account. Deletion happens immediately once the code is accepted.

2. By email — drivers, business owners, or anyone who cannot get into the app

Write to support@quiska.com from the email address on the account, with the subject “Delete my account”. Tell us which app or business it is for and the phone number you used, so we can find the right account. We confirm when it is done.

Email a deletion request

Drivers and business owners

A driver’s account is created by the business they drive for: ask that business, or write to us and we will delete it. Deleting a business owner’s account does not delete the business’s customers’ accounts — those belong to the customers. To close a whole business and its apps, email us from the owner’s address and we will do it with you, including exporting what you want to keep.

What gets deleted

What stays, and why

Past rides and orders remain — without you attached to them. A ride or an order is an accounting record, and businesses, drivers and the tax authorities all have a claim on it. After deletion those records no longer name a person: what is left is the trip or the order, the amounts and the date, with no way back to you.

Support conversations and ratings are handled the same way — kept for the business’s record, detached from your identity. Anything you told us about why you left is stored with no link to you at all.

This cannot be undone

There is no restore. A wallet balance, loyalty points and any unused reward are lost with the account — if you have a balance, spend it first. A Quiska plan bought through Apple or Google must also be cancelled in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions, because the store bills it.
