These terms cover using TEST to order from shops and restaurants, book rides and
services, and have them delivered. By placing an order you accept them.
What we are
TEST is a marketplace and a delivery service. The shops and restaurants on it are
independent businesses: they set their own prices, decide what is on their shelves, and are
responsible for the food and goods they sell. We take the order, deliver it, and handle
support when something goes wrong.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older.
- The details you give us — especially your phone number — must be real. It is how we reach you about an order, and it is the reference if anything ever becomes a legal matter.
- One person, one account. Do not share a sign-in code with anybody.
- You can delete your account at any time. See deleting your data.
Orders and prices
- An order is one basket from one shop. You can keep a basket open at several shops; each one is ordered and delivered separately.
- Prices, delivery fees, service fees and any taxes are shown before you confirm. The figure you are shown at checkout is the figure charged.
- Stock moves. If something is out of stock after you order, we tell you and either substitute it with your approval or refund that item.
- A shop may refuse or cancel an order it cannot fulfil — a closed kitchen, an item that has run out. You are not charged for what is not delivered.
Paying
- Cash on delivery, or a wallet balance topped up through our team. There is no card payment.
- If you pay cash, the amount to collect is shown to you and to the driver before delivery, in the currency you chose.
- Wallet balance is credit for orders. It is not a bank account, it earns nothing, and it cannot be transferred to another person.
Delivery
- Times shown are estimates, not guarantees. Traffic, weather and kitchens are real.
- Somebody must be reachable at the address. If nobody answers and we cannot reach you, the driver may return the order — and for food, we cannot refund it.
- Where a shop offers collection, you can choose to pick the order up yourself with the code we give you.
Cancelling and refunds
- You can cancel while the order is still being prepared. Once a restaurant has started cooking, or a driver has collected the order, it can no longer be cancelled.
- Missing, wrong or spoiled items: tell support and we put it right — a refund to your wallet, or a redelivery.
- Refunds go back the way the money came: wallet payments to the wallet, cash orders as wallet credit unless we agree otherwise.
Rewards and games
Coins, vouchers and the game zone are a promotion, not a currency. Rewards can expire, have a
minimum basket, and are not exchangeable for cash. Playing never requires a purchase — the
free entry route is shown in the game zone itself. We may end a promotion at any time; a
reward you have already won stays valid until its own expiry date.
Behaviour
Drivers, pickers and shop staff are people at work. Abuse, threats or harassment end an
account. So does ordering to defraud — repeatedly claiming undelivered orders, or refusing to
pay for what was delivered.
When things go wrong
We are responsible for our own service: the delivery, the app and the support you get. We are
not responsible for the quality of a shop's goods beyond putting it right as described above,
and we are not liable for losses beyond the value of the order in question.
Changes
These terms can change. When they do, the date at the top changes and we say so in the app.
Continuing to order means the new terms apply.
Law
These terms are governed by Lebanese law, and the courts of Lebanon settle any dispute under them.
